Mass of Christian Burial for Fr. Don Talafous, OSB
Fr. Don Talafous, OSB, embraced eternal life this morning, April 11. May he rest in peace!
Fr. Don was born in Duluth, Minnesota on January 4, 1926. He professed vows on July 11, 1947, and was ordained to the priesthood on June 7, 1952.
We will receive his body on Tuesday, April 15, at 7:00 pm in the Abbey and University Church.
We will celebrate his funeral Mass on Wednesday, April 16, at 3:30 p.m. in the Abbey and University Church.
The funeral will be livestreamed on the Saint John's Abbey YouTube channel.
